CC Walls Causing A 'Flicker'?

At first I thought it was another mod of mine causing the issue, but it seems that one of my CC walls I installed is causing some sort of visual glitch that causes a flicker when I mouse over the wall / scroll in and out / rotate the camera.

Blank walls don't have this problem, neither do walls that have only Maxis wallpaper on them. I'm wondering if there's a reason this is happening, or if it's something that can be fixed without just uninstalling all my custom walls. I don't know if it's all of them, but I placed out a lot of custom walls for swatch testing so it could be any number of them at this point.
