CC's and mods malfunction

Hello! I have a problem regarding cc's. After the update the mods were disabled and so far so good. The problem is that it doesn't let me activate them afterwards, I have tried removing them little by little, updating them and adding new ccs but a window keeps appearing that says 'we have deactivated the mods...' and I don't really understand what else I can do .
