Some things that are an issue are:
1: "happy at home log in event" window wont open
2: If going in options, none of the graphics options will work
3: When in options, I cant exit off them and need to force shut the game
4: Build mode items wont show
If any one can give me a tip on how to help that would be great
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
