Also, is there a way for me to start a new save but still keep my sims. The sims are all i care about. I can cheat the relationships etc etc..
- 3 years ago@simliciouss1 @simliciouss1 A few questions:
Did it start happening after an update?
The lots in question: does a family live there?
The lots in question: are they all CC lots?
Do you constantly have moveobjects enabled?
Do you use TOOL?
You might be able to keep the save, but saving your sims to your library and putting them in a new save is always an option. They will lose relationships outside of the household and their money though.- simliciouss13 years agoNew Veteran
No, I havent updated my game yet. The version I have is from the update that happened before the one today (hope that makes sense)
Yes a family lives there, but i had to mccc them into another household and when i try to access the lot when no one lives there.. i still get the endless loading screen. and yes i do have move objects always on, thanks to MCCC, so i dont have to remember to turn on it on when im placing lots and not i do not use the TOOL mod. Is my save corrupted? How can I tell? Thanks for speedy reply.
- 3 years ago@simliciouss1 Thing is, this issue of not being able to load lots (where a family lives) is something I ran into quite a few times already. Usually it's fairly easily fixed by evicting the household and moving them (or another family) back. Haven't had it happen before that the player 'moved out' the household using a mod though... 🙂
I do think you may have corrupted some of the lots (not the save per se, but the lots) by trying to fix them. If evicting/moving in does not work to be able to reload the build, try replacing the build with a different lot, then moving the family back in. See if it then becomes loadable 🙂
