Certain Households Not loading- Stuck on loading screen

Hi. I know there are a ton of post with this title, but i think my situation is a tad different so i will try to be as detailed as possible. I am having trouble with certain lots loading. My game will boot up but when i click on certain lots, i get stuck on the loading screen. I do use CC and mods. But the thing is, this problem has seem to come out of nowhere. I haven't downloaded  any new build cc recently so im not understanding why im running into this issue. I batched fix my builds folder several times and that has caused more problems than anything. Now its even more lots that i cant get into.  I have taken my builds folder out and i am able to access these lots, but i need to know if its my save thats corrupted? Can batch fixing multiple times cause problems? I am a PC user on windows 10. Please let me know as i do not want to erase all my mods just to come across the same problem again.

    @simliciouss1awesome, you can try replacing it again. If it breaks again, might be best to remove that build from your game, could be corrupted 🙂

    CC in the game can act up already, batch fixing a build while the lot is occupied sure can cause issues... Can't be sure though, but if you manage to fix your lots this way (evicting families when necessary, replacing lot, check), you can continue your save ;-)

    The reason I asked about moveobjects and TOOL is because I already had it happen a few times that a lot with a wrongly placed furniture item (using TOOL) would crash when loaded without moveobjects on.
