Changing acne for different outfits

Does anyone know maybe the way to apply different skin details to different outfits?
To be honest, I'm rather disappointed that they 'fix' that aspect of Parenthood acne. In my opinion it was pretty realistic as it was before. I mean, there are usually days when your acne is worse, and days when your skin looks pretty good. Also, I liked to pretend that my teens can, for example, use a little more make-up for their formal/party outfits. I'd be great to have a mod or something, to have more control over it again.

I know very well about creating multiple outfits for each category :) My question was kind of involving that, in fact. I liked how we could have different acne with different everyday outfits etc.
I also tried the first of the mods you mentioned. I love the idea, but it wasn't really working for me. It's a little too random, and in my experience it was mostly adults that the mod influenced.

I guess I was a little too quick to post here, because I found some kind of workaround for my problem. I've managed to change the Parenthood acne into the Face Paint, so it works fine with other make up, such as eyeliner, and can be change between outfits. I feel it's a little subtle than the skin details one, but oh well.
I leave a download link here, maybe someone else would find it useful :)

I'm glad you found a resolution to your problem. I like to tell people about the outfit option because I had no idea until someone told me. Lol. I never thought to click on that arrow.
  • You can't change skin details like moles as those are tied to the base look of your Sim. But, you can change makeup for every outfit. You can either go to plan outfits or click on a mirror and choose Change Sim. I like the Change Sim option because I can change into my formal outfit first, then go adjust my make-up like in real life.

You also have the option to have up to 5 different looks for each outfit category. When you are in CAS, you should see a tiny up arrow. Click on it and the number 1 and a plus sign will appear above the outfit category. Press the plus sign and the number two will appear. You can now make any changes you want to your Sim from adjusting the makeup to a full 2nd outfit with different hair and makeup. and your original look will remain the same. It's great if you have a favorite outfit but, are afraid of dismantling it because you know you could never replicate it! All the outfits appear when you click on your Sim and choose outfits; change outfits.

There are a couple of functional acne mods if you are interested:
