Cheats Fixed with TwistedMexican's simple Mod!!!

Like many, I experienced unplayable cheats after the latest patch. Today, I came across a simple fix from @TwistedMexican!
TwistedMexican includes an explanation about why the cheats broke and the one-file mod to fix them on his Patreon https://patreon.com/posts/19645059! Hope this helps you as well!

Edit: I should add that although the post is on Patreon, the mod is completely free and accessible via the link above!

    Hi @Scottjess! Unfortunately, I am not familiar with logging in TS4. I am new to using mods, so I was happy to learn that this was simple to add. According to @TwistedMexican's patreon page, he/she has a discord channel you might want to check out for additional help.
