Script mods aren't the only mods that break, and I would really like to give a lecture to the person who started that idea.
You can start at Broken and Updated Mods and CC. Any mod not updated or confirmed compatible could still be broken in ways that haven't been confirmed or reported yet, so don't assume that the Broken list is complete.
Also, have you tested mod-free?
