child unable to go to school after riding a horse

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? a child was riding a horse before school. trotted home and dismounted. could not send child to school.
What happens when the bug occurs? Child is unable to go to school.
What do you expect to see? you will notice the stirrup is still attached to the child's foot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

I tried repeatedly to send child to grade school and she wouldn't or couldn't go. when I looked closer the stirrup was still attached to her foot. The fix I found to resolve the issue is to go into CAS and take off her shoes and reapply her shoes, go back into game and she was able to go to school. It is a weird little glitch but I wanted to make others aware so that they can fix it should it occur. Before editing in CAS I tried multiple times to debug her through shift click and it did not work. Hope this helps.
I did try removing the cc and playing the game again. It may have been a one time or special exception glitch but it was weird. I have not had the glitch happen again. If I do have the glitch happen again I will try to pinpoint exactly what happened to cause it and update the thread.
