Childbirth mod Last Exception?

Hi, I have the Childbirth mod by Pandasama and for one interaction "read to baby", the animation breaks every time and the Last Exception message from MCCC pops up. I originally thought it was because I have an outdated version of MCCC. I downloaded a new one, but the problem persists, probably because I saved the game before shutting it down? I didn't want to lose the progress, but I also have an older save game file, so if that's the problem, can I try using the older save game?

Anyway, all my mods should be up to date, including MCCC and PandaSama. Also, the other interactions of the Childbirth mod seem to work properly, like "belly hug", "pregnancy cuddle" or "talk to baby". However, the Last Exception message always appears for the "read to baby" interaction. I don't know if the error is on my side, or if the author simply needs to update the mod to get the interaction working again.

Can you please advise me what to do? Unfortunately I don't have access to Discord, my login doesn't work, so I can't ask directly to the author of MCCC. I also tried the web assistant for Last Exception, but when I insert my file it throws an unknown error. I would be very grateful for help, I am getting desperate. I don't even know if it's possible to continue playing the game with this error if I can avoid the concrete interaction, but I'd rather not play it at all, and it's bothering me. :D Thank you.
