City Living Visual Bug - "The Colorful Beneath" within the void?

I keep noticing this weird visual thing whenever I take a look at the carpets and rugs in build mode.
The item "The colorful beneath", from the City Living expansion pack has a black void under the rug itself. This happens with all of the swatches, too.
This is in my CC off world, so it's not from all of those.
