Ciudad Enamorada world won’t load
I can’t load into the world at all and when I attempt to it comes up with a white screen and I can’t exit back to world selection, I can only save and exit. I have tried clearing out my cache and removing mods, the world just will not appear.
amaltheaec Please move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package if you haven't already.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether the new world loads.
Italikpaprika Please try one of your existing saves in a clean user folder, as described above. If that doesn't help, either revert to a backup save:
