Community lots not saving once built. (Sims 4) .

Hi,  I'm trying to change the community spaces on the Evergreen Harbour world. However, after I've built it, saved it, then gone back to Manage Worlds, its reverted back to the original dilapidated ...

@JemmSquash  Is your computer a mac, pc, or console? Can you save a game and load that save with everything you had or is the issue just the community lots?

    Not OP but I have the same issue. I’m playing on a Mac and nothing but community lots seem to have this problem.
