Sims Face glitch

I had this face glitch come out of nowhere. I really dont think its a piece of cc as it happens on base game sims with no cc/presets on them. Its also not teeth presets or an eyelash remover as ive tried both. Im not sure whats causing the problem but if anyone has had something similar, please let me know! Ill update if i can find a fix.
