conflicting block clusters - get rid of this!

I am trying to build a ramp using a roof (since EA doesn't have ramps, which they should) right next to my house that has a foundation and steps.  It won't let me because of "conflicting block cluste...

    Yes, I was trying to build the ramp directly next to the foundation.  I found a ramp mod.  Problem solved.
