I don't have the pack yet but the world will not show up at all in my world map. You don't need to own the pack in order to see the preview so it's defs an issue with the world. I was going to buy it but certainly will not now unless they fix all of these massive issues

Thats so interesting because I literally have no mods installed

I have yet to buy High School Years but the Copperdale map does not appear on the world select menu.
Additionally, the option to search for HSY specific content on the gallery isn't an option and it says that the pack in unavailable to purchase from the gallery (This is the only pack that does this.) I have no mods installed and never had any mods installed.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and fixed it?
@shaunse Copperdate not showing up in the world select menu is normal for people who haven't bought the pack yet. I realize it's not how the other worlds are handled, and it's not clear whether this is by design or not. But it's also not a problem: I saw the same thing until I installed the pack, and then Copperdale was available.
For buying the pack itself, try doing so through the Origin app or website.
@shaunse , do you have other items from the High School Years pack in your game (like furniture or clothing and hair), even if you can't find Copperdale? I see you have no Mods, but what about Custom Content (CC)? Or, are you playing on a console? 🤔
I don't have the pack, but usually you would be able to see the option for HSY in the build mode filters even if you don't have the game. I don't have any cc and I play on PC, but I did download one family off the gallery that may have used custom content.
@hanaloveshorses Yes, it works fine for me. I haven't actually played much, but the world itself loads without any issues.
When you go onto the gallery is the high school years icon available in the ‘packs used’ if you open a build or sim household? When I looked it had 2 hs icons. One said it was unable to buy and the other said you could?

@hanaloveshorses Yes, there's a check box to sort for items that use content from High School Years, and if you click on a Gallery item that uses content from the pack, you'll see an icon for that pack along with the others. I just opened my game to check.
@shaunse If you buy the pack and your computer can run it, as in, you're not running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4, then you'll be fine.
