CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading

What if after I turn my mods back on that only four of my mods show up and not the rest   - renamed to make this the main thread for this particular issue - Luth

    Hi all,

    An update has just been released to address this issue:

    Resolved an issue where pack-specific custom content would not fully load and triggered other CC to not load as well. 

    Please be sure to fully update your game, and let us know if you're still having issues with your Mods and CC.

breaking all custom content is not par for the course for updates and it's something really dumb like a reading issue because if you put your unsorted packages into a folder within your mods file it can be read again except for some tattoos, I still can't get them to work. This was just sloppy and they should have known to test at least some cc scenarios if they knew they were changing the way the game handles packages for the marketplace. Rushed, sloppy or both.  Either way, it is an epically bad look to accidentally nuke everyone's cc in the same update you launched a micro transaction market. Folks were so upset about losing cc they added it to the FAQs on the market place assuring us that existing cc would remain usable and that the marketplace would not be replacing cc. as far as public relations goes this is the equivalent of throwing a grenade at your own feet.

Absolutely. I don't know the technical problem they produced, but whatever it was, it should have been noticed before launch, because they know a huge portion of their customer base uses a lot of CC, in fact they encourage it, so to not have any playtesters seeing how it might react with a large library of CC is absolutely incompetent. And the timing, wow, could not be worse. Anyone who sees a conspiracy here, I mean, I think they are wrong, but honestly, EA has only themselves to blame.
