custom content in gallery

Question

Every time I use something from the gallery with custom content it just erases it completely, leaving thing empty or the sim nude and bald.

I've tried re-downloading the sims, and setting myself online. I have custom content and scripting mobs enabled

what do I do???

You must download the custom content used by the person who uploaded the sim/room/lot. Gallery content that uses cc will not have the cc when downloaded. I wish it were different, but that is the way it is. The creator who uploaded will generally have a list of what they've used; if not, ask them to provide it.
