Custom content not showing in game

I am having the issue where my custom content isn't showing in game. I don't have any mods, just CC hairs/some makeup and clothes and all of them seem to be missing. I tried a couple of the solutions given in a previous forum (checking user pathway, removing and re-adding CC one by one, new folder, deleting Resource file etc.) but none of these seem to be working and all of the CC won't show up ( I downloaded a CC hair today that doesn't show up)

I never had this issue with the initial update that seemed to cause this problem for a lot of people and was able to play the game with all my CC as normal and it just seems to be after the latest game update.

I was wondering if there were any other solutions/possible fixes I could try or if anyone else was having this issue?
