I added a new swatch to an existing CC object via Sims 4 studio but when i select it in game, it dosen't show up. Instead, it shows this image:

  • That's typically due to the texture used for the swatch not being the correct size for the game to read.

It needs to be something like this (or any combination)

    Square Shape:
    256x256
    512x512
    1024x1024
    2048x2048

    Rectangle Shape:
    256x512
    512x1024
    1024x2048

Check to see that the actual texture size is one of those exact dimensions, sometimes it could be 1pixel off or something.

After adjusting the texture size to 1024x1024, it now finally appears correctly!

Although i'm now not sure on the green on pink!
  • Wonderful that you got it to work! And the pink and green just looks like a color combo by Maxis to me LOL

It does have very spring/summery or flamingo vibe, doesn't it?
