Debug keeps showing up - TS4

Hi! Since a few months I keep having the problem that debug is showing up. I deleted all my mods, the game is up to date, my PC (windows) is up to date. I followed the instructions for resetting my game (https://help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/backing-up-and-resetting-the-sims-4/#backup). And even then, when there are no pre existing saves, mods or anything, i still have debug showing up in my buy menu. 

Any suggestion to what i can do to resolve this matter?
