@KingRayVeteran Installing mods is always user choice. Maxis isn't responsible for that choice. Many users who rely on mods that can't be removed without breaking part of gameplay will choose to wait to play or to start a mod-free save for the meantime. The mod list here is typical for a major update or EP.
