@2549070 There can be multiple reasons your mods aren't loading in. @2549070 Open the game, select Load, and use this method to locate the folder the game sees (it will show you a Saves folder, not a Recorded Videos): https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
Opening the game should have created a new folder in that "The Sims 4" location. There's a chance you're looking in the wrong user, and this should sort it out.
