I was interested in whether an animal crossing mod and a cartoonish character body mod could be created. I'm not even sure where to begin on the typical 2d animal crossing eyes so I pooled together both 2d and 3d eye references just in case the 2d eye thing really isn't possible. Here are some pieces of info I took, are these technically capable for a sims mod, and how would I go about it as an absolute beginner?:

Basically, are there any good tuts that teach you making extremely morphed characters for the sims, similar to the way safestate did it?
or pre-existing mods that fall into these categories? Thanks!
