Does anyone know how to fix the blue box glitch
I dont have any mods and it wont let me join a household ive tried restarting the game and uninstalling it and then re downloading it but it still appears

kawaiiMe0w Please use this method to make sure you're emptying the right Mods folder: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/ It might seem like a silly thing to do, but we often see cases where something in a player's system has duplicated folders, and using only search has found the wrong one.
When it's empty, please try creating a new household to put in an empty lot. Do that in your regular save AND in a new one. If you get a lastexception file, please attach it to your reply.
