I found this image while searching for prosthetic cc for Sims 4. Does anyone know how can I get this cc?

- @AttiDudeGamer Was this converted to Sims 4 ? Googling the name there in the lower right corner says it's a Sims 3 download.
No, I searched for Sims 4 CCs and this showed up. I think you might be referring to another answer on ModTheSims where someone wants such a cyborg pack but for Sims 3.
Just because you searched Sims 4 CC doesn't necessarily mean that no Sims 3 CC will creep in.
Anyway, I googled "sims 4 prosthetic leg cc" and lots of stuff came up.
I would also advise going back to where you found that picture as I imagine there would have been a download link close.
- @AttiDudeGamer We cant' give you links here anyways, just tips how to google. Have you considered asking at a cc site like MTS ? They usually have WCIF sections.
@AttiDudeGamer I found a download site for that particular set of items and they are definitely Sims 3. It has the same pic you posted as well as this one:
