No, I searched for Sims 4 CCs and this showed up. I think you might be referring to another answer on ModTheSims where someone wants such a cyborg pack but for Sims 3.
@AttiDudeGamer We cant' give you links here anyways, just tips how to google. Have you considered asking at a cc site like MTS ? They usually have WCIF sections.
