Does Master Controller work with the latest update?

There is a new hotfix for Deaderpool's MCCC mod. Version 5.2.5

It was the mod-busting patch for Pets, I believe that derailed our ability to have more than 8 Sims living on a lot. I could open my game, but saving it became an issue. So, I have the couple give birth to the desired children, and move out the older ones to make room for any other children to come. (I'm playing an Ancestral save from the 18th Century. I think the only viable form of 'birth-control' was salt peter, back then. Or they just had as many children as would survive, because babies/children didn't fare too well. Also, the mothers often died in childbirth or a bit later due to the dreaded Childbed fever. I'm still scratching my head wondering how on Earth we, humanity, survived that time zone!
