I did think so at first too. But then with the C&D patching I started a new save (baby challenge) without MCCC and guess what, my sim had triplets followed by twins. So what I think is that yes, MCCC does make it worse, but without it the odds of having multiples have greatly increased as well. Basically this means we're doomed anyway ;) Triplets and twins everywhere, rejoice!
