I've updated multiple times, even reinstalled, and i dont have the option. i am on pc.

I moved this to the mods forum then. Please check the stickied list which mod can cause this.
i did and it showed up. but now i have no clue which mod is doing this.
Are you using mods/cc ? If so, please test without
clothing accessories. It just doesnt show up.
