Don't know if someone can help me with indoor clothesline?

I've placed the indoor clothesline by theSimmer40. It looks great and the option for "Do Laundry... Move to Clothesline" is available depending on exactly where I have the objects underneath it. ...

I may need to try clearing completely and see if that works, then go from there... thanks
