Droid Stuck on Wait Protocol

Expansion Packs- Discover University, Island Living, Seasons and City living Game Packs - Journey To Batuu, Realm of Magic, StrangerVille, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, Spa Day and Outdoor Retreat Stuff Packs - Laundry Day, Backyard, Movie Night, Spooky And Perfect Patio Kits - Courtyard Oasis, Bust the Dust, Country Kitchen and Throwback Fit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Batuu and buy droid. Tell droid to "Engage Wait Protocol". Then tell droid to "engage Follow Protocol" and click anywhere on screen and select "Go Here'
What happens when the bug occurs? Droid will follow. Then when sim stops droid resets back to where "Wait Protocol" was first initiated and returns to wait protocol. Droid will not follow at this point as trying to put it back into "Follow Protocol" does nothing except a repeat of "bug/loop".Debugging droid only leads to same result.Putting Droid in Inventory, Going home and Returning to Batuu seems to fix it until you put him into "wait Protocol" again.
What do you expect to see? droid to follow as requested.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

Note: As I write this I tried to get a video of it happening and was unable to recreate it. I will update if happens again
