I haven't played the sims in a few weeks cuz well i've been busy but of course when i want to play it there's an update and of course that update makes the game not work i can get onto the main starting screen but when i try to open CAS it doesn't work all i get is a white screen, i've tried deleting and reinstalling all my CC i've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and nothing works i need answers, i miss playing my game😭. Btw i'm playing on mac.
Litearally, same. I have been busy and playing other games too. I come back and of course updates and nonsense. Anyway, try to remove the old save file out. Clear out all the cache and localthumbnail stuff, then launch the game. Most of us lost our old save to the new update corruption. I was able to get that white screen to go away. Also, if you play with mods, you probably are gonna need to refresh a lot of them or remove them until their creators provide updates. Most CC I have is still functioning though.
