Eco lifestyle pack, can you increase electrical and water storage/sell capacity?

Hey all, no mods running or anything. Recently installed a lot of packs but I've been focusing on playing the cottage living world with the eco lifestyle. That being said I cant wrap my head around the bills, I have A LOT of dew collectors and solar panels yet the electrical meter in the bills and utilities seems to max out at 299 units or $179 (I can sell it and it will almost be full again by bill time but I keep forgetting to sell it lol). I dont think this is a bug as the new billing has been confusing and I have a lot of items, not all with great power ratings to boot (currently eco upgrading all but dont know if that effects bills at all or just reputation) but what I would really like to know are there batteries or something to increase the storage capacity? Anyone else have the same problem after investing so much in clean energy to contribute towards having a self sufficient modern home? Cheers for any info or advice
