Endless Loading on Hospital Lot only

I was able to fix it! It took me awhile but I figured it out incase it happens to anyone else also with any lot.
It's because I switched to Directx11,
the lot had a CC wallpaper; which was affected by it, Usually you get the texture is missing look with a question box and a lot of colours; I had no clue that it could actually cause an issue where it would prevent a lot from loading at all. I switched back to Directx9 and the hospital lot loaded in!!
I decided to take a break and do the 50/50 mod checking with this, when I figured it out.
Just in case I switched the hospital lot back to a GTW/BASE GAME compatible one as well.

I am not sure which one it was, as it was in my build/buy cc sub folder and I just moved out all the wallpapers; after seeing a thread that said some wallpapers were affected by switching over to Directx11 and the issue was similar to mine; because I realized while doing the 50/50 method it was my something in my build/buy cc that was causing the issue.
I don't have any by Pralinesims in my folder, just re-checked it now.
@pastelmarbles Thanks! The list of DirectX 11 Build/Buy culprits is growing (yet another few added just now in the pinned topic), but at least a few days later we now know what the issue looks like.
