So recently i've been having a problem where my sims is saying game failing to load Error 102:489cdd1:1750eeff and i followed this video saying delete all of your mods and stuff and thats what i did....

Sounds like one of your mods is bad. Try taking them all out again, then adding back in batches and testing each time to narrow down which one’s broken.
