Error code 102:5924646b:cd1a38b?

Question

Basically I updated the game this July and ever since then I can’t load into any households, it’ll bring me to the home page tell me it can’t load my game and the error code and when I go back to check on my household they are all deleted?? Is there anyway to resolve this?

it’s probably a cc thing but still, I updated and deleted 75 percent of my cc and mods aswell as doing the 50/50 test, verifying the game files, reinstalling and more. Now I’m worried if the save I have is corrupted or not?? I did a few tests and it’s unlikely but still..
I just wanna play my game :(((

Same problem. Tried repairing my game. The game is LITERALLY unplayable. I cannot load into any household. Got the below error code. The one time I actually update on patch day...&nbsp;

If you haven’t already done this, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

That works relatively well but when trying the 50/50 method to weed out bad cc I’m stuck on an infinite loading screen until it kicks me out again 😭

Please see the testing instructions in How to Use Mods and CC. There are mods that need to be installed because of things you did with them in the household, or that will block loading. Typically, this is playmats and food/recipe mods. For the playmats, toss in Lumpinou's Milestone Fix mod so you can remove the playmat CC. For the food/recipes, you need to delete the food and plates made with them before you remove those mods.&nbsp;
