I updated my game recently after quite a long time and updated my mods along with it, but upon trying to open my regular save this code kept popping up on the map upon first load and when I tried to pick a family. I also removed all of my mods but the issue still arose. I put the mods back and made a new world and the issue continued with a different code that started with 4, and this still happened when I removed my mods again for this new world. However, I deleted all cache files and then this new world started working eventually without any codes coming up. However, with my original world the code still appears. I've repaired the game, deleted cache files, removed mods, checked my mods and tried to recover past saves but I don't know what to do beyond there. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you! I am on Mac.
Do you have any lastException files you could share ? Did you delete the localthumbcache file ?

I deleted the localthumbcache file everytime I've reopened the game, but it's not helping.
The main issue now is that I've managed to open and play a household in the glitched world creating the code (most others still aren't working). However, there is a glitch preventing sims from doing anything that involves outfit changing (swimming, sleeping, showering) - they just t-pose then the action is cancelled. When I manually change the sim's outfit, they switch to the outfit with no animation.
BetterExceptions told me this was due to something called 'outfit_tracker' and research told me that it might have something to do with a mod that automatically changes outfits or clothing but I don't have any mods like that to my knowledge. I have already removed many mods from my mods folder and updated many thoroughly which has helped with some graphical issues but not the glitch. I even removed my mods folder entirely and deleted localthumbcache but the glitch still persisted even with no script mods, cc or anything else active. So now I'm largely stumped on what to do next.
Thank you!(im not able to attach the last exception files for some reason, and when I copy and paste the details my replies get removed for spam ☹️ )

@rymscv Just to double check, you also deleted localthumbcache each time your removed or updated a mod? When in gameplay is that error generating?
- rymscv2 years agoRising Rookie
Yes, I deleted localthumbcache each time. If by error you mean the glitch with outfits, it happens any time I try to do an action that involves changing clothes, so sleeping, trying to enter the pool, trying to take a bath. Everything else seems to work fine. If by error you mean the error code, it happens when I try to play a family in the world, but the world loads up fine without an error code.
