Error Code: 102:ca059214:4e690027. It is recommended that you relaunch the game

So I was playing the sims like I normally do but when I tried to load in my family it brought me to the worlds page after clicking on my family a notification popped up saying I should relaunch the game so I did that and the same thing happened repeatedly does anyone know how to fix this . (I do use mods but all the mods I’d been using were fine before today)
