Help every time I try to load into my household it fails and gives me this code 104:a97e19c4:b7b55a6d, saying to relaunch. I have done this multiple times, repaired my game and taken out out of date CC. it happens with one family when I go to travel to the residential rental they own for a maintenance issue

I have and the issue still occurs

@lozipops32 It's like there's two households living on that lot. If I evict the Ngata household and then try to visit the unit with the owner, there's already someone else living in the unit.

The error doesn't occur after that.

Your tenants GUI look rather messed up though.

Have you just been using CC or also mods ?

Oh okay that does make sense.

i have been using mods and cc yeah, but seems the new pack is quite buggy

@lozipops32 Did one of the families disappear and you moved in another ?

I don't know how much issues outdated mods can cause these days.

You might need to bulldoze your lots (save them to the library and replace) to see if that fixes the GUI issues.

I evicted all the problem families and fiddled with the tenancy and this issue is fixed.
