Having this evening just downloaded the latest update, attempts to load family groups result in an error code 115:ad0f09ef:38b3cbd1. Exit and try to restart game. Surprisingly an attempt to load a single sim from save has been successful!!!!!

I am having the same issue as Rumbletank I keep getting the pop up message as I have put in brackets here ( The game failed to load.error code 111;3e04ffdc:9dcf7802 it is recommended that you relaunch the game. I have not attempted to load a single sim from save. I don't want to have to start a new game from scratch as I like the Sim I play and the household I created.
I'm having the same ERROR but I can't even open single sims and sometimes I don't even get the ERROR, it just doesn't stop loading.

I've had 2 code error 115:ad0f09ef:91ada80e and 115:ad0f09ef:72b35c4b
At the first code I checked my mods. After finding some bad ones, I was able to play. Quit playing for a bit, load back in and pop's out the second error code....I'll leave it at that and wait until someone or Creators finds a fix to this... I think the worst part in this is that we don't know what those codes mean!
Edit: btw I did try reparing my game... doesn't work...

Error code you mention above can be both a reported Windows error and a files conflict in the game. Yesterday's patch broke most mods and maybe even some CC
(For example, UI Cheats Extension is broken)
If you have any mods move the mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder - important!
Fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library -right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder. Check if a game is working now without mods.
If it is fixed, copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one) You need to find a culprit and either remove it or replace it with an updated version
If you don't have CC or mods delete this file and fix the game also. The game will create the same new file but without saved errors.
If it will not work -some files in the game folder can be damaged- then try doing a factory reset as described in this post:

I think the problem is the Kawaii Stacie's mods are broken as well as . Took them out and game runs just fine 🙂 Good luck in your Simming!
I'm having this issue as well! I've tried everything to fix it and can't. I've lost my saved files and everything. This newest patch seems to have messed everything up.

Check and make sure you know what mods you have. Usually script (.ts4) files are the first to be broken. That list should help. Shouldn't have to lose any files or data. You can always upload an old save too, which is why it's smart to always save a new file and delete old ones periodically. Not to mention, ALWAYS back your stuff up!
Also having the 115 code error. even new games are reporting it. i managed to get into a previous save by recovering a previous save. there was a mccc last exception, so i can check that and see what the issue is at the very least.
Edit: Fixed the problem, mod needed updating as MCCC was pointing to it pretty heavily, everything works as intended now.
make sure you got all those mods up to date.
