Error code help pls (102)
Hi, can anyone help with this error code? “The game failed to load. Error Code: 102:6ee24dd4:6cedb338” ive deleted my mods folder, repaired my game, even deleted my game, started it without the mods...

@AmandineVR That particular error code has been mostly mod related in the past.
Have you tried a double load after removing your mods ?
Meaning:
1. Load game
2. Receive Error
3. Try loading family again

- @crinrict I did this, same thing over and over. I’ve reloaded with mods, without mods, reinstalled my game, deleted the local thumb cache, all of it.
Have you tried a completely fresh user folder? In your Documents, rename the Sims folder and then launch the game so it creates a new one.

There have been other reasons for this particular code in the past so it's easiest if I can check if I can duplicate

all your saves work fine for me.
Please try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
Alright so i think its something to do with mccc. When i don't have it added its fine but when i do it breaks my whole game, its the newest version though so i'm really confused as to why it would cause such issues because it's never done that.
