everything missing in live mode

help???

im on pc, i do have mods but they're all up to date as of 2/28/2024 patch. i did have some issues with things being in the wrong place before, but now everything is missing and all five of my sims are gone??  i cant tell them to go here or sit, either. i did try disabling mods and restarting them game (about five times), but couldnt even open my file without mods installed bc it said i dont have dlc installed on my pc (i do). idek how to descibe this issue, please help
