For anyone coming here for the no-lash information: I just checked and the Cien - No EA Lashes mod has been updated and tested working for the Cats and Dogs patch. I even tested it on my saves. Granted, I don't have much CC, but it is working beautifully with what is there. If the mod is broken for you, test your CC.
