Fashion Question

Hey all. I want to know if there's a possible way to have Sims that I'm not currently playing wear their other Everyday outfits (that I've made in CAS for them, 1-5) if I see them? This works by default with any other outfits except Everyday.

I know mods like Fashion Authority exists but my mind goes blank when trying to learn how to use it. Does it have such function like what I'm talking about here?
