I don't often do Tumblr CC, but when I do, I go straight for LumiaLover's page. (More focused on males.)
Madlen has a lot of nice CC too, though. (More focused on females.)
And lastly, I really love NikSim (lostmyplumbobinyourpond). They do a lot of hair recolors, which is neat.
Note, that these are all mostly maxis-match, as I switched from Alpha a few months ago, and they're also all mainly hair and clothes, since I don't do a whole lot of Build/Buy CC.
