Finished University, Graduation Never Triggered, No Degree?

Hi, I need help with a major University glitch (xbox one, no mods/cc, all expansions/packs). My Sim went to UBrite for Psychology and got an A+ in every class. I took 3 classes first...

This is a known and reported bug. This bug will occur when you move a sim to another home before he receives his diploma.
It looks as is as if the University secretariat doesn't have a new address to which notifications should be sent.
