My Sims keeps catching on fire while meditating. How do I fix it?

There are a few things that I can think of that may be causing this.
1. If there is a lit fireplace nearby
2. If there is a lit incense holder nearby (Spa Day)
3. If there is a space heater nearby that is on (Snowy Escape)
4. The temperature is very hot and your sim is burning up (Seasons)*
5. Your sim is a vampire and they are burning in the sunlight (Vampires)*
*those last 2 shouldn't be it though since your sim is indoors, but it could be a bug
