    @FelixAoiSuzumori 

    Has the fireplace been upgraded?  One of the upgrades automatically causes the fire to light when a sim is in the room.  You can turn it off though by clicking on the fireplace and selecting the disable option.

    @FelixAoiSuzumori and you're sure it's not another Sim reigniting it ? There's a known issue with obsession of lighting the fireplace

        @FelixAoiSuzumori Do you leave the Sim idle after they put out the fire or give them something else to do ?

        Have you tested a different household/save ?

        Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing mods ?
