[FIXED] Error code142:9a63747c:75c67bf9

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I don't have the living cottage, dream decorator, all kits and paranormal yet. The rest I have.

 How can we find the bug ourselves? Join Lucia Lucio Household in Sulani
What happens when the bug occurs? Says game failed to load and recommends relaunching the game.
What do you expect to see? not get the error xD?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes but the error shows even when all mods are off.

    @DeliciousMango  Please move your Mods folder to the desktop, if you haven't already, and delete localthumbcache.package.  It's best to keep mods entirely out of the way for now.

    Please try to load the affected lot in build mode, from the Manage Worlds screen, and let me know whether you get an error of any kind.

    If you can't load the world, try placing a different house on the lot.  You can use one from your library or the Gallery, or you can use a fresh copy of this house: start a new save, load that lot and save it to your library, then load your affected save and place that library copy on the lot.

    Hi, I am also having the same issues, when I load the affected lot in 'Build Mode', the error message does not come up. I've followed the other steps you said to. 🤔

    @Neeka2893  Do you have exactly the same error as the original poster, as in 142:9a63747c ?  If not, please post the error code you do see, either a screenshot or the full string of characters.

    I got this error code opening one of my saves and it’s telling me to relaunch the game. I’ve hit ok and it plays the game like normal. I have all the current expansion packs, no mods, and I’m on version 1.81.72.1030. I have repaired it as well and no fix. Help?

    @crinrict Thank you very much but the two error codes actually read very differently if you look closely. They have similar numbers but they are in different orders.

    @WolfQueen640 The last part isn't important. The first two look identical to me:142:9a63747c

    • Error 142: 9a63747c should no longer appear in future saves when loading certain lots.

    Fixed in Patch 1.84.171/1.52
